Abstract:On August 8, 2017, Earthquake Administration of Zhejiang Province collected 10, 319, 900 mobile location records and 44, 600 spatial grid positions after the MS7.0 earthquake in Jiuzhaigou, Sichuan. The mobile phone location and 24 hours of continuous data were used to analyze the time and geographical dimensions of the disaster areas in Jiuzhaigou. The author estimates the deviation of the multidimensional population distribution. At the same time, the method of estimating the distribution of the communication base station in the disaster area is also discussed. The distribution of earthquake disaster population provides a relatively accurate basis for earthquake disaster assessment.
