This article analyzes global earthquake data for events with a magnitude above 5.0,based on information released by the China Earthquake Network since 2021. It focuses on earthquake activity from April to June 2024,highlighting three significant earthquakes in Taiwan of China,Peru,and southern Java,Indonesia. These earthquakes are considered both disaster and typical events for the quarter. By examining the distribution,characteristics,and impacts of these earthquakes,this study aims to provide valuable insights for related research.
