| 国家地电台网中心是在中国地震局"十五"数字地震观测网络项目建设期间建成的,是全国地电观测台网系统的枢纽和核心,肩负着对地电台网所辖台站的数据汇集、数据质量监控以及对外提供数据服务等重任。本文介绍了国家地电台网中心软硬件技术系统的构成、功能以及建成后的运行情况。 |

| The National Geoelectric Network Center，CEA was a tenth“Five Year Plan”program of the Network of Digital Earthquake Observation of China． It is the hub and core of national geoelectric observation network system． Its main task includes data collection，quality monitoring and data services． In this paper，the composition and function of the software and hardware technology system about National Geoelectric Network Center，CEA is introduced and its running condition is discussed． |
