地震电磁扰动观测需要研制高灵敏度、低噪声的感应式磁传感器。本文通过对感应式磁传感器等效电路的分析,得出增加磁芯的有效磁导率以及线圈的有效面积可提高传感器性能的结论,进而完成感应式磁传感器设计。通过理论分析及实践检验,研制的感应式磁传感器可以满足地震电磁扰动观测的需要。 |

An inductive magnetic sensor with high sensitivity and low noise is necessary for the observation on earthquake electro-magnetic disturbance. In this paper,based on the analysis of the magnetic sensor equivalent circuit,we propose a method of increasing the effective permeability of the core and the effective area of the wire to optimize the performance of sensor. And the design of the inductive magnetic sensor is determined. By the theoretical analysis and the test of the sensor,we conclude that this sensor can meet the needs of the observation on earthquake electro-magnetic disturbance. |
